Environmental Protection

Unpacking the Unit

Assemble handle loops, connect spray lance to pistol, and mount nozzle. Tighten fittings by hand.

Check the oil level in the oil reservoir. Do not operate if oil level is below "MIN".

Connect a supply hose (min. 3/4" diameter) to the unit and water connection.

Filling Limescale Inhibitor

Fill the container with liquid limescale inhibitor RM 110.

Operation

Venting the Unit

Run unit without high-pressure hose until water exits without bubbles.

Working with High-Pressure Nozzle

The spray angle is crucial for the effectiveness of the high-pressure jet.

Setting Pressure and Flow Rate

Adjust working pressure and flow rate using the regulator on the pump head.

Operation with Cold Water

Switch the changeover valve to the "cold" symbol.

Care and Maintenance

Visual Inspection

Weekly Maintenance

Check oil level. Contact service if oil appears milky. Clean water inlet sieve and tank filters.

Annual Maintenance

Change oil. Unscrew drain plug, dispose of old oil, refill with new oil.

Descaling the Boiler

Use tested scale removers according to legal regulations. Follow specific descaling procedure.

Frost Protection

Store in frost-free room or drain/flush unit with frost protection.

Troubleshooting

Unit Does Not Run

Check electrical network, fuse, or overload relay. Contact service if issues persist.

Pump Knocks, Manometer Swings Strongly

Check suction system for leaks or a defective vibration damper.

No Cleaning Agent Delivery

Check and clean cleaning agent suction hose, dosing valve, and seals.

Unit Switches Off/On Continuously

Check the pressure switch switching point; it may have shifted.

Unit Does Not Build Pressure

Check water inlet valve, water supply, seals, or pump valves.

Limescale Inhibitor Indicator Lights Up

Refill the liquid limescale inhibitor container when the indicator lamp is lit.
