Commissioning
Settings for the individual axes as follows:
KeStudio DriveManager Function
Set clock frequency for the power stage.
Motor conguration:
1. Load data set or
start identication / calculation
2. Set motor protection
3. Congure motor brake parameters
4. Undertake motor phase test
Encoder conguration:
1. Load data set or
set manually
2. Select encoder
3. Select encoder channel
Save settings in the device
NOTE:
If servomotors of type LSN, LSP or LST are used, the necessary motor and
encoder data sets can be loaded directly from KeStudio DriveManager.
The data sets for the motor range DMS2 are saved in the encoders and are
loaded directly from there.
NOTE:
You will nd a detailed description of KeStudio DriveManager and its congu-
ration in the KeStudio DriveManager help.
5.3.2 Controlling drive using KeStudio DriveManager
For this part of the commissioning it is necessary to switch on the AC mains supply
(KeDrive D3-DP supply unit power supply). Check whether the power stage is enabled.
The drive should be tested without the coupled mechanism.
