Summary

Fondue Bourguignonne and Chinoise Preparation

Fondue Bourguignonne

Heat high-temperature, flavour-neutral oil or fat to approx. 180°C.

Fondue Chinoise

Heat meat, fish or vegetable stock to 100°C for vegetarian fondue.

Fondue Pot Material, Cleaning and Care

Stainless Steel 18/10

Soak stubborn residues, clean with soapy water and a cleaning ball or sponge.

Enamelled Cast Iron

Allow pot to cool completely before cleaning; soak residues and clean with hot water.

Enamelled Steel

Do not scratch with metal objects; heat with water to remove residues.

Non-Stick Coating

Recommend hand cleaning; wipe if slightly dirty, otherwise use warm soapy water.

Wooden Parts

Pots, base plates or forks with wooden parts must not be soaked or machine washed.
