The left and right arms and elbows should mirror each other in
the backswing and follow through positions.
You should feel the internal weight sliding down the tube just
a little and retracting back.
After performing this exercise 10 to 15 times, your hands and
wrists should feel nice and relaxed. You are now ready to start
with half swings.
