Keltytakesprideinitsworkmanshipandundertakestomanufacture
thebestpossibleproducts.Keltyproductsarecoveredunderwarranty,
totheoriginalowner,forthelifetimeoftheproduct,againstdefectsin
materialsorworkmanship.
SincenoKeltyproductisindestructible,Kelty’swarrantydoesnot
coverdefectsattributabletoorresultingfromnormalwearandtear
(ie:exhaustedzippers),naturalhazarddamage(ie:weather,animals,
ultraviolet[UV]damageontents),abuseoralteration.
All products being returned require a Return Authorization
number.Serviceunderourwarrantyisavailabletotheoriginal
purchaserbyreturningtheproducttoanyauthorizedKeltydealeror
bycontactingourcustomerservicedepartmentat1-866-349-7225
(1-866-FIX-PACK)foraReturnAuthorizationnumber.
If,afterinspection,wedeterminethattheproductisdefective,we
willrepairorreplaceitatourdiscretion,freeofcharge.IfyourKelty
productneedsserviceorrepairthatisnotcoveredunderwarranty,we
willprovidethenecessaryserviceatareasonablecharge.
Thiswarrantygivesyou,theoriginalpurchaser,speciclegalrights.
Youmayalsohaveotherrights,whichvaryfromstatetostate.
