3. Check the clearance (A) between the
frame bottom face and track top face in the
middle of track frame. The clearance (A)
shall be within following range:
Rubber tracks 59~64mm
Adjustment
Increasing of Tension
1. Take out the cover plate (1).
2. Use a grease gun to inject lubricating grease
via the grease fitting (3) of grease relief
valve (2).
3. Check the track tension.
Reduce tension
1. Remove the cover plate.
2. Slowly loosen (by one turn) the grease
relief valve (2) by a wrench to drain the
grease. If it’s difficult to drain the grease,
drive the machine back and forth.
3. Tighten the grease relief valve (2).
• Tightening torque: 177 N˙M
Lubricate slewing support and slewing
motor gears
Do not slew during lubrication. Otherwise,
you will probably be entangled into the
machine, which is really dangerous.
