Problem Cause Solution
Juicer not operating. Not plugged in.
Run continuously for
more than 10 minutes.
Check juicer plugged in.
Unplug and allow
to cool down for 15
minutes before juicing
again.
Cone changing direction
during processing.
• Normal operation. The cone is designed
to change direction
to maximum the juice
extraction.
Strainer flooding with
juice.
Juice outlet blocked
with pulp.
Remove build up of
pulp from juice outlet.
Leaking/overflow from
underneath juice spout.
Large quantity of fruit
processed and pulp and
seed built up in strainer
and blocking holes.
Empty the strainer
regularly if processing
large quantities.
Low extraction rate. Normal for fruit being
processed.
Fruit not moulded round
cone and too much
flesh left in the fruit skin.
For best extraction rates
and results:
Store and juice the fruit
at room temperature
and hand roll on a
worktop before juicing.
Move the fruit from side
to side.
