NATIONAL LEGISLATION
Before commissioning the Kesser inflatable boat, the respective legal provisions
regarding restrictions on the waters on which you want to operate the boat must be
obtained. These include restrictions on general operation, speed, use of outboard
motors, airborne sound levels, etc.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To enjoy the waters safely, you should familiarize yourself with local and other
applicable shipping rules and regulations and follow the suggestions below.
Use rescue aids.
For all boat occupants, an approved and certified life jacket of the correct size
must always be on board and at hand (required by law).
THE DATA SPECIFIED ON THE TYPE PLATE MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED!
Do not overload the boat.
Most boats are designed for a maximum load (weight) (see nameplate on your
boat - The nameplate is located on the inside of the boat mirror.). Overloading
violates the regulations.
Do not exceed the recommendations regarding the maximum number of persons
allowed. Regardless of the number of people on board, the total weight of
persons and equipment shall in no case exceed the maximum recommended
payload.
Carry out safety checks and prescribed maintenance work.
Adhere to a regular maintenance schedule and ensure that all repairs are carried
out properly.
Know and respect all shipping rules and laws.
Before each use, check the inflating of the boat and in the case of the long water
trips, inflate the boat with a maximum lead of 24 hours.
