Command: *TST?
Syntax: *TST?
Description: The self-TeST query *TST? makes the instrument perform a self-test and place the results of the test in the output queue. If
the self-test fails, the results are also put in the error queue.
We recommend that you read self-test results from the error queue. No further commands are allowed while the test is
running. After the self-test the instrument is returned to the setting that was active at the time the self-test query was
processed. The self-test does not require operator interaction beyond sending the *TST? query.
