What You Will Find in This Chapter
This chapter provides information that will enable you to return an instrument to
full operation following the replacement of any instrument assembly. This
information includes a table that shows which adjustments and/or performance
tests must be executed after replacing an assembly.
Before Starting
There are three things you should do before starting any of the procedures listed or
described in this chapter:
Familiarize yourself with the safety symbols, and read the general safety
considerations and the safety note definitions in the front of this guide, before
you begin the procedures in this chapter.
Check that the analyzer has been turned on and allowed to warm up.
Ensure that the analyzer is operating within a temperature range of 20 °C to
30 °C.
Test equipment you will need
Refer to Table on page 28, for a list of recommended equipment and critical test
equipment specifications for the performance verification and adjustments.
