If the correct security code is entered, PASS is shown briefly, after which the
instrument will enter the adjustment mode.
If the incorrect security code is entered, an error code will appear briefly, after
which the instrument will prompt you for the security code again.
To change the calibration security code
1 After the instrument has been unsecured, press for more than 1 second.
2 The factory default calibration security code “1234” is shown on the display if
you are changing the calibration security code for the first time.

3 Set your new calibration security code.
– Press or to move the cursor to the right or to the left.
– Press or to increment or decrement the digit.
4 Press to save the new calibration security code.
If the new calibration security code has been successfully stored, the display will
show PASS. Record down your new calibration security code and store it in a safe
location.
