Features of your vehicle Charging door

Do not leave the vehicle with the
charging door open. An open charging
door may indicate that the vehicle door
has been unlocked and may be subject
to vehicle theft.
僅 The charging door opens to the right.
Check the surroundings while the
charging door is open or closed. Be
aware of your head or limbs from
being hit by the charging door.
僅 Do not hold the hinge to prevent dam

aging the charging door and causing
other accidents.
僅If the charging door does not open
because ice has formed around it, tap
lightly or push on the door to break
the ice and release the door. If neces

sary, use hand temperature to melt
down the ice or move the vehicle to a
warm place and allow the ice to melt.
Do not pry on the charging door or
use unauthorized tools to open the
charging door.
僅 After closing the charging door, push
the door again to ensure that the
charging door is completely closed.
僅 Make sure that the charging door is
closed before driving the vehicle. If
the charging door is opened, mechan

ical parts of the charging door can be
damaged.
僅 After closed the charging door, be
sure to check that the warning light is
off.
僅 After charging the vehicle, close the
charging inlet cover properly. If the
charging inlet cover is closed improp

erly, the charging inlet and the
charging door can be damaged.
僅 Do not pry on the charging door while
the charging door is opening. The
charging door may stop moving. Also,
the electrical mechanism of the
charging door and its related parts
can be severely damaged.
僅 While washing the vehicle, do not
spray with high pressure on the
charging door directly. The high pres

sure can damage the charging door.
