Features of your vehicle Automatic climate control system
Heating and air conditioning manually
The heating and cooling system can be controlled manually by pressing buttons or
turning knob(s) other than the AUTO button.
The system works sequentially according to the order of buttons or knob(s) selected.
1. Start the vehicle.
2. Set the mode-selection buttons as desired. To improve the effectiveness of heating
and cooling:

3. Set the temperature control to the desired temperature level.
4. Set the air intake control to the position for outside (fresh) air if required.
5. Set the position of the fan speed control so that it operates at the desired speed.
6. If desired, turn the air conditioning ON with the temperature set high in order to
dehumidify the air before it enters the cabin.
If the windshield fogs up, select the Front Defrost ( ) mode.
