Operation
• Open the button cover in the front trunk.
• Press the emergency bonnet release button.
Operating condition(s)
• 1st opening position: When the vehicle is above 5 km/h (3 mph), the bonnet opens
slightly to secure vision and airway.
• 2nd opening position: When the vehicle is below 5 km/h (3 mph), the bonnet opens
completely and emergency escape is possible.
TIP
Available front trunk weight
• 2WD: 40 kg (100 lbs.)
• 4WD: 20 kg (50 lbs.)
Available front trunk weight depends on the specifications.
NOTE
• When the bonnet is opened through a smart key or digital key application, the inte
rior light inside the front trunk may turn on, based on the status of the door inter
locking function for interior lighting.
◦ DOOR OFF button activated: Interior light not turned on
◦ DOOR OFF button inactive: Linking to the interior lighting
Charging door
Precautions
WARNING
Do not leave the vehicle with the charging door open. An open charging door may in
dicate that the vehicle door has been unlocked and may be subject to vehicle theft.
