• Power down indicator light
◦ Do not accelerate or start the vehicle suddenly when the power down indicator
light is ON.
When the power is limited for the safety of the high-powered parts of an electric
vehicle, the power down indicator light appears. Your vehicle may not be driven,
or may roll back on a slope with the indicator light ON.
• Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) system warning light
◦ When the ABS warning light is on or both ABS and Parking Brake & Brake Fluid
warning lights are on, the speedometer, odometer, or tripmeter may not work. Al
so, the EPS warning light may appear and the steering effort may increase or de
crease.
◦ In this case, avoid high speed driving and abrupt braking. We recommend you
have the vehicle inspected by an authorised Kia dealer/service partner as soon as
possible.
• The Electronic Parking Brake EPB warning light may appear when the Electronic
Stability Control (ESC) indicator light comes on to indicate that the ESC is not work
ing properly (This does not indicate malfunction of the EPB).
• Continuous driving with the LED Headlight warning light on or blinking can reduce
LED headlight life.
• If the icy road warning light appears whilst driving, you should drive more attentive
ly and safely refraining from over-speeding, rapid acceleration, sudden braking or
sharp turning, etc.
• AR mode is the basic setting for Head-up display.
