Driving features of the vehicle
Non-operating condition(s)
• The left side ( ) and right side ( ) of paddle shifters are pulled simultaneous
ly.
• Decelerating the vehicle by depressing the brake pedal.
• Cruise Control or Smart Cruise Control is operating.
• The regenerative braking system is activated in 100% charge.
Regenerative braking system according to DRIVE MODE
• Initial setting of the regenerative braking level and adjustable range vary according
to the selected drive mode.
• The setting will return to 1 when the vehicle is restarted from 0.
• For more details, refer to "Drive mode integrated control system" on page 438 .

One pedal driving
The driver can stop the vehicle by pulling and holding the left side paddle shifter.
Operation
• Pull and hold the left side ( ) of the paddle shifter whilst coasting.
• When the vehicle speed is above 3 km/h (1.86 mph), regenerative braking level will
return to the previously set level when the paddle shifter is released.
• When the vehicle speed is below 3 km/h (1.86 mph), the vehicle stopping control will
be maintained when the paddle shifter is released.
• Whilst one pedal driving function is operating, the driver can control the vehicle
stopping position by accelerator pedal.
Operating condition(s)
• The driver's door is closed.
• EPB is automatically activated when:
◦ The driver’s door is opened and seat belt is not fastened
◦ The bonnet is opened.
◦ The tailgate is opened.
◦ Vehicle stops for more than approximately 5 minutes
◦ At the request of other systems.
