• The setting menu may not be available for your vehicle depending on the vehicle
features and specifications.
• The Warning Volume and Haptic Warning cannot be turned off at the same time.
When one of the warning is turned off the other is activated.

Warning and control
The basic function for Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist is warned and controlled in
the following way.
• Collision warning
• Emergency braking
• Stopping vehicle and ending brake control

Collision Warning
Collision Warning will alert the driver with the Forward Safety warning light ( ),
blinking warning message, an audible warning and steering wheel vibration.
Warning message: Collision warning!
The collision warning system operates under the following vehicle speed conditions,
depending on the vehicle in front.
• Vehicle or powered two-wheeler: 10~200 km/h (6~124 mph)
• Pedestrian or cyclist: 10~85 km/h (6~53 mph)
Emergency Braking
Emergency braking will alert the driver with the Forward Safety warning light ( ),
blinking a warning message, an audible warning and steering wheel vibration.

The brake assist will be activated to help avoid a collision with a vehicle, pedestrian,
cyclist and powered two-wheeler.
