Impact sensing door unlock sys

tem
All doors will automatically unlock when
an impact causes the airbags to deploy.
Auto unlock on shift to P
When this feature is set in the infotain
-
ment system screen, all the doors will be
unlocked automatically when the vehicle
is shifted back into P (Park) while the
vehicle is ON.
Speed sensing door lock system
All doors will automatically lock after the
vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (10
mph).
You can activate or deactivate the auto
door lock/unlock features in the vehicle.
Auto unlock vehicle off
When this feature is set in the cluster or
infotainment system screen, all the
doors will be unlocked automatically
when the vehicle is turned off.
Auto lock enable on shift
When this feature is set in the cluster or
infotainment system screen, all the
doors will be locked automatically when
the vehicle is shifted out of P (Park)
while the vehicle is running.
Child-protector rear door lock
The child safety lock is provided to help
prevent children from accidentally open
-
ing the rear doors from inside the vehi
-
cle.
The rear door safety locks should be
used whenever children are in the vehi
-
cle.
The child safety lock is located on the
edge of each rear door (1). When the
child safety lock is in the lock position,
the rear door will not open if the inner
door handle is pulled.
To lock the child safety lock, insert a key
(or screwdriver) into the hole and turn it
to the lock position.
To allow a rear door to be opened from
inside the vehicle, unlock the child safety
lock.
To open the rear door, pull the outside
door handle (2).
Rear door locks
If children accidentally open the rear
doors while the vehicle is in motion, they
could fall out and be severely injured or
