Power sliding door
To unlock and open the sliding door
from outside the vehicle, do one of the
following:
僅 When all doors are locked (including
the liftgate), pull the door handle or
press the door handle button while
carrying the smart key.
僅 When all doors are unlocked, pull the
door handle or press the door handle
button.
To close the sliding door, pull the door
handle or press the door handle button
when the sliding door is opened.
With the smart key
Press the left side (1) or right side (2)
power sliding door button on the smart
key for more than one second. The slid
-
ing door opens or closes automatically.
When the sliding door opens, all doors
will unlock.
The smart key may not operate if any of
the following occur:
僅 The smart key is out of operating dis
-
tance (about 10m (32 feet))
僅 The smart key battery is weak
僅 The smart key is close to an object
which can interfere with normal oper
-
ation of the transmitter
僅 The weather is extremely cold
Dashboard
Push the driver's side door button (1) or
passenger's side door button (2) to open
or close the power sliding door. How
-
ever, you can operate the power sliding
door by using the switch even when
every sliding door and liftgate is locked
and closed. This function will not operate
when the vehicle is in theft alarm stage.
