WINDSHIELD WIPER SERVICING POSITION
To inspect or replace the windshield wiper blades without damaging the hood, move the
blades to the service position
A
. After turning the ignition OFF, within 20 seconds, move
the wiper switch to the MIST position and hold the switch for more than two seconds
until the wiper blade is in the fully up position. To place the wiper blades back in “parking”
position, put the ignition to “ON” and move the wiper switch back to the “MIST” position.
SEAT WARMERS / VENTILATED SEATS*

Seat Warmers – Press button

up once for high setting (3 LEDs lit). Press button twice
for medium setting (2 LEDs lit). Press a third time for low setting (1 LED lit) and again
to turn OFF.
Ventilated Seats – Press button
B
down once for high setting (3 LEDs lit). Press twice
for medium setting (2 LEDs lit). Press a third time for low setting (1 LED lit) and again
to turn OFF.
DRIVER POSITION MEMORY SYSTEM*

To store a seating position into memory, first place the shifter into P (Park) while the
ignition switch is ON. Then:
1. Adjust the driver’s seat, outside rearview mirrors, leg extension,* and steering
wheel positions.
2. Press the Memory button

on the control panel. The system will beep once.
3. Press one of the memory buttons (“1” or “2”)
B
within 4 seconds. The system will
beep twice when memory has been stored.
4. “Driver (1 or 2) set is memorized” will appear on the instrument cluster LCD display.
BLIND-SPOT COLLISION WARNING (BCW) SYSTEM

The BCW system uses radar sensors in the rear bumper to monitor and warn the driver
of an approaching vehicle detected in the driver’s blind spot area.
When the BCW button is pressed ON, the BCW indicator on the button will illuminate.
The outside rearview mirror warning lights will also illuminate for 3 seconds.
The system will become active when the BCW button has been pushed and the vehicle
is traveling more than 20 mph, and will alert the driver if another vehicle is detected by
the radar sensor.
SURROUND VIEW MONITORING (SVM) SYSTEM*

The SVM system is a parking assistance system that shows the areas around the front, rear,
left, and right sides of the vehicle via four cameras displayed onto the navigation screen.

to turn the SVM system ON/OFF.
When OFF: The camera view will automatically display on the navigation screen when the
vehicle is shifted into Reverse. The camera view will turn off when the vehicle is shifted
out of Reverse.
When ON: The camera view will display on the navigation screen in both Drive and Reverse.
In Drive, the camera view will continue to display until the vehicle is traveling at speeds
above approximately 10 mph.
