detected within the sensing areas in the front or rear of the vehicle when
moving forward or backing up
When the Engine Start/Stop button is ON and the shift lever is in R (Reverse),
the system is activated and the Forward/Reverse Parking Distance Warning
(PDW)* button indicator is illuminated
