Warranty conditions
Please contact the dealer you bought the trolley from in a warranty case.
Please note that your dealer will need the trolley together with the battery
and charger and other special accessories to return to the factory. Please
keep the completed guarantee form ready for a case like this.
KIFFE Golf Manufaktur GmbH has a 3-year warranty on all models of the
K-line from 2016 - including on the battery and charger.
Exeptions to the warranty and guarantee are wearing parts (such as
wheels, tires, controls, handles, rubber bands, etc.) or lacquer damage.
Batteries are subject to an irreversible aging process. Therefore, perfor-
mance reduction are not production errors. The KIFFE‘s own BMS also
ensures a longer service life as well as careful handling of the battery.
Please observe the notes on charging, as well as the safety and warning
instructions in this manual.
The warranty-related replacement of the trolley or parts thereof, as well as
repairs carried out , do not extend the warranty period.
The basic prerequisites for carrying out warranty services are:

●Properintendeduseofthetrolley(transportingagolfbagonagolfcour-
se)
●Regular,appropriatecare
●ExclusiveuseoftheoriginalbatteryandchargersuppliedbyKIFFE.
