Kimberley Air Suspension (Pre-Delivery Testing for KK Dealer)
PRE-Travel Air Suspension Testing (ensure your dealer has performed this before handover):
1. Ensure compressor is off at power switch (C) and that valve handles (E) are in the Open position to allow
air to  ow to and from the airbags during manual in ation testing.
2. Lower the airbags to lowest setting or until all air is release from the system using the height adjustment
levers (D)
3. With an external air supply in ate each airbag to approximately half of the height setting using manual
in ation inlets (F). (This ensures manual in ation can be achieved should a compressor fault occur).
4. Return the airbags to the lowest setting using the height adjustment levers (D).
5. Turn compressor on at switch (C) and allow air pressure to build up, this is visible on the gauge (B). This is
preset at 70psi maximum. Check once compressor has cut off.
6. Airbags operation can now be checked by raising and lowering each side using the height adjustment
levers (D).
NOTE:
The pressure gauge (B) will show a slight difference between each side as the weight on
each side of the unit will vary slightly. Care needs to be taken not to over in ate airbags once
maximum ride height or damage may occur.
Once the desired ride height is reached, the valve handles (E) can be rotated to CLOSED to
maintain desired height and the compressor switched off.
Ensure travel settings are made on a level surface and airbag heights are equal, left and right
sides need to be the same height even if the readings on the pressure gauge (B) are slightly
different pressure readings.
DO NOT REMOVE ALL THE AIR FROM ONE SIDE ONLY AND DROP ONE SIDE ON THE BUMP
STOPS. This may cause the airbag to drop off centre and pinch the rubber.
NEVER travel with no air in the airbags.
