The machine is equipped with manual recoil start: the switch is placed on
the left, as shown above.
Moreover, a start key allows only authorized users to operate the machine:
the key can be turned in the two-position lock. On OFF position (O) the key
can be turned and released, in this case the engine is off and the machine
cannot be used; on ON position (1) the engine can be started.
We always reccomend that you start the engine when the transmission
lever is on Neutral (N) position.

The engine is equipped with a gasoline tap which allows carburetor to be
fueled to operate the machine. The picture below shows the symbols used
to indicate the open position of gasoline tap and starter activation.
