Turn the device on and off by holding the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds.
Start or stop music playback by pressing the Play/Pause button once.
Increase or decrease volume using the Volume + and Volume - buttons.
Skip to the next or previous song using Forward and Backward buttons.
Reset and restart the Triathlon using the Reset button.
