To charge the Pen, use the USB-C cable or
connect it to a Powerbank. If the device still
does not turn on aer charging, please contact
customer service for assistance.
The Pen will not turn on
Check for any liquid leaks or dust on contact
pins and clean them thoroughly. Use a damp,
lint-free cloth for external cleaning. For cleaning
the contacts, please use a kitchen paper or
handkerchief. If the smoke is still not being
released, contact the customer service.
The Pen does not release smoke
The Pod is spent, it needs to be replaced.
Liquid is leaking from the Pod
Please use only the original charger provided
with the device. We cannot guarantee the
proper functioning of the device if compatible
replacement chargers are used.
For any other types of faults, please contact

modications to the device as doing so will
void the warranty.
