How to set “TEMP”?
Press the “TEMP” button to set the target temperature for each step and press the “SET+”
or “SET-” button to adjust by 1°C℃ or 1-2 °F. The default temperature is 102°C.
How to set “POWER”?
Press the “POWER” button to set the target power for each step and press the “SET+” or
“SET-” button to adjust by 100 W for each step.
How to set “TIMER”?
Press the “TIMER” button to set the target timer for each step and press the “SET+” or
“SET-” button to adjust by 1 minute for each step. The default timer setting is 60 Min.
How long can the user set for step mashing?
99 minutes for each step (meaning a total of 396 minutes for all 4 steps).
What should I do if the boiling temperature is not as accurate as the
thermometer?
Start calibration by pressing the „SET+“ &“SET-“ buttons simultaneously. Correct the
displayed temperature by up to +10°C or -10°C by pressing the „Set+“ or „Set-“
button. Wait ve seconds to accept the selected value.
