Scenario
The CR Reader indicates that the W0 sensor (J511) is in failed state; it is in “1” position instead of “0”.
Hardware and Software Response
[1] Cassette is immediately ejected when inserted.
Fix
User Response
[1] Reset the CR Reader by turning it OFF and ON.
[2] Insert the cassette again, see if the error repeats.
