Intermittent
sensor
operation
Debris on the sensor lens
Sensor is detecting steam
Use mild soap and water to remove the
debis from the sensor lens
Rotate the spout away from the steam
Handle LED is
lit, but green
sensor LED is
not
Loose sensor wire connection
Debris on the sensor wire connector
Circuit board is not working
Check sensor wire connection to the
curcuit board
At the circuit board, gently disconnect,
clean, and reconnect the sensor wire
connector
Replace the cover assembly
Yellow sensor
LED does not
illuminate with
an object in
front of it
Object is clear or colour is
undetectable by the sensor
Debris on the wire sensor connector
Test the sensor wire using your hand
At the circuit board, gently disconnect,
clean, and reconnect the sensor wire
connector
