WARNING: Risk of scalding. High water temperature can cause
severe burns. Set the water temperature at or below 120°F (49°C)
following the adjustment procedure in the valve Installation Instructions.
Follow all local plumbing and building codes.
1A. 1/8"
1B. Sealant Tape
1C. Strap Wrench
1D. Emery Paper
1E. 1/2" Copper Tube
1F. Silicone Sealant
2A. Install the spout tube 4-3/4" (121 mm) to 5" (127 mm) from the wall.
3A. Use emery paper to remove burrs. Clean debris.
5A. Apply silicone sealant. Leave a gap at the boom. Wipe away excess
sealant.
8A. Turn ON the water.
9A. To adjust maximum water temperature, refer to the valve Installation
Instructions.
10A. Turn OFF the water. Remove the guard.
11A. Measure "Y" from the nished wall.
12A. Install the adapter in this orientation if Y= 1-5/16" (33 mm) - 1-13/16" (46
mm).
12B. Install the adapter in this orientation if Y= 1-9/16" (40 mm) - 2-1/16" (52
mm).
13A. Verify that the adapter is level.
15A. Securely handtighten.
16A. Run water to remove debris.
16B. Apply sealant tape. Install the showerhead.
17A. Showerhead Maintenance: Remove the showerhead and screen washer.
18A. Showerhead Maintenance: Clean the screen washer, then reinstall.

1F. Mastic d’étanchéité à la silicone
2A. Installer le tube du bec entre 4-3/4 po (121 mm) et 5 po (127 mm) du mur.
3A. Éliminer les ébarbures au papier d'émeri. Neoyer les débris.
5A. Appliquer du mastic d'étanchéité à la silicone. Laisser un écartement
dans le bas. Essuyer l'excédent de mastic d'étanchéité.
8A. Ouvrir l'eau.
9A. Pour régler la température maximale de l'eau, se reporter aux instructions
d’installation de la vanne.
10A. Couper l'eau. Retirer le dispositif de protection.
11A. Mesurer « Y » à partir du mur ni.
12A. Installer l’adaptateur dans cee orientation si Y= 1-5/16 po (33 mm) -
1-13/16 po (46 mm).
12B. Installer l’adaptateur dans cee orientation si Y= 1-9/16 po (40 mm) -
2-1/16 po (52 mm).
13A. Vérier que l’adaptateur est à niveau.
15A. Serrer solidement à la main.
16A. Faire couler l'eau pour éliminer les débris.
16B. Appliquer du ruban d'étanchéité. Installer la pomme de douche.
17A. Entretien de la pomme de douche : Retirer la pomme de douche et la
rondelle du tamis.
18A. Entretien de la pomme de douche : Neoyer la rondelle du tamis puis
la réinstaller.
