Function Description
The KOIOS Centrifugal Juicer is designed to extract juice from fruits and vegetables. It operates by spinning a filter basket at high speed, separating the juice from the pulp. The appliance is intended for domestic or industrial purposes, as specified in the safety guidelines. It features a feeding tube for introducing produce, a filter to separate pulp, a juice collector and spout for the extracted liquid, and a pulp container for the discarded solids. The juicer is equipped with a safety lock system, ensuring that it will only function when all parts are correctly assembled and the locking arm is fastened.

Usage Features
Preparation for Use:
- Before first use, unpack all parts, check for damage, and clean all mechanical parts.
- Wash and dry all parts that come into contact with food.
- Assemble the unit by placing the juice collector onto the motor unit, securing the filter onto the drive shaft, and then placing the lid.
- Ensure the locking arm is in the locked position on either side of the lid.
- Prepare fruits and vegetables by washing them and cutting them into pieces that fit into the feeding tube. Remove stones, pits, seeds, or peel from fruits such as prunes, apricots, cherries, oranges, lemons, melons, etc.
- Place the pulp container under the appliance by tilting it forward slightly.
- Place the fruit juice cup under the juice spout.
Operating Instructions:
- Plug in the appliance.
- Switch on the appliance using the control knob to select the desired speed (1 for low, 2 for normal, P for pulse).
- Gently press the pre-cut pieces of fruit or vegetables into the feeding tube using the pusher. Do not push food into the appliance with fingers.
- Do not apply excessive pressure with the pusher; slide it gently to guide the produce.
- Silently slide the pusher into the feeding tube by aligning the groove in the pusher with the small protrusion on the inside of the feeding tube.
- The extracted juice will flow into the fruit juice cup, and the pulp will be collected in the pulp container.
- After juicing, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the power supply.
Dismantling and Assembly:
- Dismantling: Unplug the appliance, release the locking arm, remove the pulp container, transparent lid, and pusher. Pull the filter basket upwards and juice collector separately.
- Assembling: Place the juice collector on the motor unit, insert the filter, mount the transparent lid, and fasten the locking arm. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout and the juice jug under the juice spout. Plug in.
Maintenance Features
Cleaning and Care:
- Always switch off the appliance and unplug it before cleaning.
- The appliance is easier to clean if you clean it immediately after use.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone, or alcohol to clean the appliance.
- All detachable parts are dishwasher-safe. Clean these parts with a cleaning brush in warm water with some washing-up liquid and rinse them under the tap.
- Wipe off the motor unit with a soft dry cloth, and keep it away from water. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
- The blade is sharp; take special care when cleaning it and do not touch blade edges.
- Check the filter basket regularly for signs of damage; do not use it if the filter basket is damaged.
- For cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged, and all moving parts are completely stopped.
- Air dry and wipe clean all the detachable parts.
- Assemble the clean parts and accessories into a complete appliance by following the steps in the assembly chapter of this manual.
- Store the clean, assembled appliance in a dry, flat place.

- Before storing, make sure the appliance is unplugged, and all moving parts are completely stopped.
