Replacement of paddles
Always stop the rotary valve prior to
repair and avoid uninten tional start
of operation.
The paddles can be replaced
without the use of special tools.
How ever, it is recommended to use
a straight edge and a thick ness
gauge for mounting the paddles on
the rotor (see item 4).
Only use original Kongskilde
paddles.
1. First dismount the gear motor.
2. Now dismount the side covers and seals.
