7.22.8 Addition of sub monitor
An optional sub monitor can be connected to this de-
vice.
The following are precautionary items when a sub
monitor is used.
• Used as auxiliary exposure equipment in the expo-
sure room.
• A network display adapter is needed for connection.
IMPORTANT

• When a problem, such as network disconnection,
occurs, there may not be anything displayed on the
monitor. If this occurs, restart this device.
• If the power for the AeroDR Interface Unit, etc. is turned
on/off while a sub monitor is connected, the network
can be disconnected and the screen display goes black
or freezes, being no-op. When turning on/o the power
for the AeroDR Interface Unit, etc., do so after unplug-
ging the power cable for the network display adapter or
restart this device after turning the power on/o.

checking image
An optional monitor for checking image can be con-
nected to this device.
The following are precautionary items when a monitor
for checking image is used.
• Used as a monitor for checking images when oper-
ating this device with the portable X-ray device.
IMPORTANT

• This device's monitor will not be displayed when con-
nected.
• When connecting a monitor for checking images, do
not perform exposure.
• Do not perform a diagnosis using the image displayed
in the monitor for checking images.

The "CS-7 Operation Manual" and other manuals can
be displayed.

Displaying a manual from the system moni-
tor screen
The procedure to display a manual from the system
monitor screen is as follows.

Press [System] on the initial screen.
• The system monitor screen is displayed.

Press [Manual].
• The "CS-7 Operation Manual" is displayed.
