OPENING AND UNFOLDING YOUR E1
Step 1 Open the Folding Lock Lever, then press the Release Button while gently lifting the
handlebar away from the deck. Once you hear a “click”sound, lock the Folding Lock Lever. The
handlebar stem should now be secure.
