WHAT WE WILL DO

Krinner warrants this Product to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase by a consumer, and

for a subsequent period of three (3) (M Deluxe) & ﬁve (5) (XXL Deluxe) years.

If, during the warranty period, this product fails to operate under normal use and service, due to improper materials or workmanship,

Krinner authorized distributors or authorised service partners will, at its option, replace the product in accordance with the terms and

conditions stipulated herein.

READ BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS CHRISTMAS TREE STAND.

ONLY USE THE KRINNER CHRISTMAS TREE STAND AS IT IS DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING USER INSTRUCTIONS. KRINNER

STANDS ARE FOR NATURALLY GROWN TREES ONLY. IT IS NOT A TOY!

1. In order to obtain service under this limited warranty, the

owner is responsible for shipping and handling fees for replace-

ment stands.

2. The warranty is valid only if the original receipt by the dealer,

specifying the date of purchase is presented with the product to

be replaced. Krinner reserves the right to refuse warranty ser-

vices if this information has been removed or changed after the

original purchase of the product from the dealer.

3. If Krinner replaces the product, the replaced product shall

be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty

period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever

is longer.

4. This warranty does not cover any failure of the prod-

uct due to misuse, including but not limited to use in oth-

er than the normal and customary manner, in accordance

with Krinner’s USER INSTRUCTIONS, accident, acts

of God and use of unauthorized parts or attachments.

5. This warranty does not cover product failures due to repair

installations, modiﬁcations or improper service performed by

a non Krinner authorized service workshop or opening of the

product by non Krinner authorized persons.

6. This warranty is void if the Christmas Tree Genie

by Krinner

is structurally altered.

7. There are no other express warranties, whether written or

oral, other than this printed limited warranty. Any and all im-

plied warranties or merchantability or ﬁtness for the prescribed

purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. In

no event shall Krinner be liable for incidental or consequential

damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to

lost proﬁts or commercial loss. To the full extent those damages

are disclaimed by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion

or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitation

of duration of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations

or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you

speciﬁc legal rights, and you may also have other rights which

may vary from state to state.

Function Description:

The primary function of the Krinner Christmas Tree Stand is to provide a stable and secure base for Christmas trees. It features a unique foot pedal mechanism that allows for easy and quick setup. By pumping the foot pedal, the stand's claws automatically adjust and grip the tree trunk, securing it firmly in place. An audible "Ding" sound indicates when the lock has engaged and the tree is secured. The stand also includes a water tank to keep the tree fresh throughout the holiday season, with a visible level indicator to prevent overfilling. To remove the tree, the foot pedal is pressed while sliding a lock into the unlock position, allowing the claws to open and release the trunk.

Usage Features:

Setup:

Preparation: Ensure the tree stand is placed on a solid, level, and even surface. Avoid thick carpets or uneven surfaces, which can reduce stability. A heavy plastic sheet underneath the stand is recommended to protect carpets or floors from potential leaks.
Tree Trunk Preparation: The tree trunk must have a fresh, clean, and even cut to ensure proper water absorption. Do not drill a hole into the trunk, and ensure the cut is straight and even. An inclined or uneven cut can reduce stability.
Positioning the Tree: Place the tree trunk in the center of the stand, over the spike, ensuring contact between the trunk and spike without forcing it.
Securing the Tree: Pump the foot pedal until an audible "Ding" sound is heard, indicating that the lock has automatically engaged and the claws have secured the trunk. Stop pumping immediately after the "Ding" to prevent damage to the mechanism.
Watering: Slowly fill the water tank with tap water until the level indicator measurements are clearly visible. Do not overfill; stop before the red zone is fully visible. Overfilling can damage the seal and cause leaks.
Safety Precautions during Setup:
- Ensure no hands or other body parts are between the clamps and the trunk when pushing down the foot pedal, as this can cause serious injuries.
- The foot pedal must be lifted with suitable footwear.
- Do not allow children to operate the stand or be near it during setup.
- Ensure the tree is securely fastened, well-balanced, and positioned in the middle of the stand before applying decorations and lighting.

Removal:

Releasing the Claws: To remove the tree, press down on the foot pedal while sliding the lock into the unlock (green) position.
Opening the Claws: Push the foot pedal upwards several times in a step-by-step action until the claws are in a vertical position.
Removing the Tree: Hold the tree in an upright position and carefully take it out of the stand once the claws are fully open.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning:

Draining Water: Tip the stand towards the level indicator opening into a sink to drain the water.
Washing: Wash the stand with a soft sponge and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
Drying: Dry the stand completely prior to storage.
Avoid Chemicals: Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Annual Checks:

Water Tank: Yearly, before tree setup, check the water tank for cracks and holes to prevent floor damage due to possible leakage.
Water Level Indicator: Check the water level indicator for free movement. Use a pointed tool to pull the indicator up and out. Wash with soap if there are sap residues.

Storage:

Leave the claws open when storing the stand.
Store the Christmas tree stand open in a dry place.

Intended Use: This stand is for naturally grown Christmas trees only and is intended for indoor use. Do not use it for other purposes like sign plates, clothes dryers, flag poles, or sunshades.
Structural Integrity: Do not alter the construction of the stand. The warranty is void if the stand is structurally altered or shows any structural damage.
Electrical Lighting: If using electric lighting, do not allow it to burn unattended. Water is a conductor, so ensure electric wires are at a safe distance from the water tank.
Fire Hazard: A fresh and green Christmas tree reduces fire hazard. Always keep sufficient water in the stand. Keep the tree away from fireplaces and open flames.
Overfilling: Adding too much water can lead to overflowing and damage to the surface underneath. Overfilling can also damage the seal and cause recurrent leaking.
Children: The Christmas tree stand is not a toy. Do not allow children to operate the stand.
Warranty: The product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of original purchase. The warranty period is three (3) years for the M Deluxe and five (5) years for the XXL Deluxe. The warranty is void if the product is misused, used in other than normal and customary manner, involved in an accident, acts of God, or if unauthorized parts or attachments are used. It also does not cover product failures due to repair installations, modifications, or improper service performed by non-Krinner authorized service workshops or opening of the product by non-Krinner authorized persons. To obtain service, the original receipt specifying the date of purchase must be presented. If the product is replaced, the replaced product is warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
