3.4.4 Hydraulic brakes (Export)
A hydraulic brake is available for certain export models.
With these models, the relevant hose is connected to the
control valve on the tractor. The brake is activated by
operating the tractor brake valve.
3.4.5 Articulated shaft
• Push the articulated shaft (1) onto the tractor power
take-off shaft.
The safety catch must click into place
(see the articulated-shaft
manufacturer’s operating instructions).
• Attach the retainer chains (2) of the guard to the
articulated shaft.
• Always install the overload coupling on the machine
(wagon) side.
• see A1 "Initial hitch up".
Connect the separate hydraulic hose from the arrester ram
of the steering axle (yellow protective cap) to a single-
acting connection on the tractor hydraulic system.
3.4.6 Hydraulic connection for blocking
trailing steering axle (special fitting)
Follow the tractor manufacturer’s user
instructions for the parallel operation of
tractor control equipment.
The supply to the connection for the arrester
ram of the trailing steering axle must take
precedence over or be of equal precedence
to the other hydraulic supply to the loading/
metering wagon.
