4.3 Control panel
(1) ON/OFF switch for the power supply.
(Display appears with a short tone on the horn)
(2) Indicator lamp (red) warns when the cutter unit is not in
its operating position.
(3) "UP-0-DOWN" switch for the cutter unit
– If there is a blockage, hold the switch in the
"DOWN" position until "Switch cutters"
appears on the display.
– When changing cutters, the cutter unit is
lowered to its full extent by pressing (3)
(lower) and the Quit button (12)
simultaneously
(4) "UP-0-DOWN" switch for the rear flap
and
simultaneously switching on metering rollers
(5) „ON/OFF“ switch for the automatic loader
– When the automatic loader is switched on, the two
possible states "Dry MOIST" appear on the
display. The state in upper case letters is the
one which is pre-selected.
– Pre-selection is carried out via the correspon-
ding push button (11/13) under the desired state on
the display.
The state which has been selected is then stored in
the memory.
– While emptying, the automatic loader must be
switched to "Off".
The controller for the scraper floor is activated via the
switch for the automatic loader (5). The scraper floor is
set in motion at the same time, depending on the height
of loaded material and an adjusted time in the front of the
wagon.
(6) "ON/OFF" switch for the scraper floor
– When the scraper floor is switched on, "Scraper
floor is running" appears on the display.
– When the scraper floor has been switched off
automatically, "Wagon full" appears on the display
accompanied by a short tone on the horn.
(7) "UP-0-DOWN" switch for the articulated tow-bar
(8) "UP-0-DOWN" switch for the pick-up
(9) "ON/OFF" push-button for the floodlights

(14) Push button for scraper floor fast speed „ON/
OFF“
Must only be used for emptying residual material
from the feeder wagon.
(15) Rotary potentiometer for scraper floor control,
with fine control at slow speed.
(16) Control lamp (green) lights up when rear flap is
open to full extent.
When rear flap is open and metering rollers are
stationary the display indicates Metering rollers
fault. In this state the scraper floor cannot be
switched on.
(17) The (green) indicator lamp lights up when the
arrest ram for the steering axle (special fitting) is
pressurised and the steering is therefore locked.
If the articulated tow-bar switch is on "Up" while
the arrester ram is non-pressurised, the indicator
lamp will flash to indicate that the steering axle is
not yet locked.
If all the switches are switched to neutral, the message
"Haulage counter" appears on the display.
After pressing the Quit button (12), the number
"pieces/total" will appear on the display and will then
fade out again.
Each number can be deleted using the corresponding
push button (11/13) under the display.
