6.4 Towing eyes on the tow-bar
• If the wear limit of the bush in the eye
has been reached, this must be
replaced. Repair work on the tow-bar
must only be carried out by a trained
specialist.
The wear limit of the bush in the eye (1) is a = 43 mm. If
this value is exceeded, the bush must be replaced. To
minimise wear, clean the bush and the eye every day and
lubricate with grease.
