6.6 Hydraulic system
6.6.1 Specielle safety instructions
Before performing any work on the hydraulic unit,
depressurise the system. Hydraulic fluid escaping under
pressure can cause serious injury. In case of injury, call a
doctor.
Work on the hydraulic system must only be carried out by
a trained specialist.
6.5.3 Sensor rear flap
Opening of the rear flap on the short-cut feeder wagon is
monitored by a sensor. It is situated on the hinge point of
the right lever arm (1) for the rear flap .
Adjusting the sensor
• Open rear flap.
• Loosen locking nuts (3) on sensor (4).
• Adjust position of sensors (4) to magnet (2) until
display changes from „0“ to „1“.
• tighten locking nuts (3).
Position of the sensor
The distance between the sensor (2) and underside of
frame (1) must be a = 2 mm.
• Loosen locking nuts (3).
• Move the sensor (2) until correct distance to washer (1)
is achieved.
• Retighten locking nuts (3).
