The cutter blades can be turned around
and used on both sides. When cutter
blades are missing or damaged, they
must be replaced as a complete set. This
prevents dangerous unbalanced rotation.
If the thickness of the material between the hole and the
end of the cutter blade has reduced to less than
a = 7 mm, replace the cutter blade.

Missing and damaged cutter blades

For this reason check the cutter blades
and retaining bolts every day.
10.4.2 Checking the blades and securing
pins
At every replacement of the blades check
the material thickness of the securing
pins and the leaf springs. Damage or
worn securing pins have always to be
replaced by sets on each mowing disc.
Replace the leaf springs if necessary.

less than 14 mm at the weakest point.
