Use
4.6 Before pressing
(COMPRIMA V 150, V 180)
Before the PTO is switched on, the rolling floor of the bale
chamber must be tightened.
To do this:
• Screw in the handwheel (2) completely (working
position).
After an extended standstill time of the
machine and before it is started up for the
first time, open the tailgate and close it
again once.
This will build up the baling pressure to the
factory setting or the last pressure set. The
baling pressure can be changed with the
turn dial (3). (See chapter entitled "Baling
pressure setting (COMPRIMA V 1501 V
180").
Due to the hydraulical design of the accumulator
connection block it can occur that the baling pressure
drops throughout a certain period of time. In order to
reach the set baling pressure again, the tailgate needs to
be opened opened once and needs to be closed again.
4.6.1 After pressing
(COMPRIMA V 150, V 180)
If the machine will be idle for an extended
time when baling work is complete, for
example over the winter, tension must be
released on the floor conveyor.
To release tension on the floor conveyor:
• Loosen the handwheel (2) completely. (park setting)

4.5 Driving with bale ejector
COMPRIMA V 150/V 180 /V150
XC/V 180 XC
When driving with bale ejector make sure that
the bale ejector (1) rests on the
axle again when forage is picked up in front. The
bale chamber must be closed in the process.
No forage must be picked up in the
position the bale ejector has, shown in
picture VP700009_2.
In case of nonobservance there is a risk
that the connecting rods bend laterally
