Basic Settings and Operation
5.5.1 Compression pressure setting
(COMPRIMA V 150 ,V 180)
The setting of the compression pressure is being
accomplished on the machine.
Adhere to the following steps during the compression
pressure setting:
• Turn the handwheels (2 and 3) all the way in.
• Receive crop with the machine (observe minimum
pressure; see notice below) until the baling pressure
builds up to about 10 bar higher than the desired baling
pressure.
• Set the desired pressure with the handwheel (3)
Clockwise = increase pressure
Anti-clockwise = reduce pressure
The baling pressure will only adjust itself
when crop is being supplied to the chamber.
The maximum pressure during baling must
not exceed 180 bar.
The maximum pressure when opening the
tailgate must not exceed 210 bar.
The minimum pressure while operating the
machine must not fall below 50 bar.
Do not use the machine to perform work at a
baling pressure of less than 50 bar.
Open and close the tailgate once before
starting up the machine after a long standing
time.
Thus a minimum pressure is being built up.
Afterwards set the desired compression
pressure as described above.

Unauthorised manipulation of the pressure
controller will cause the guarantee to
become void!
A pressure range of 50-180 bar is preset
for the baling pressure setting.
