5.8 Net Wrapping
5.8.1 Special Safety Instructions
The following general rules apply to all maintenance, assembly, repair and adjustment work:
• Bring the round baler to a complete standstill.
• Switch off the motor, remove the ignition key and disconnect the 12 V supply voltage.
• Secure the tractor and round baler against rolling.
• Wear protective gloves when threading in and removing the net and when working on the
blade bar!

5.8.3 General Aspects
The arm (7) is used to lay the net on to the feed roller (2),
and from this roller it is passed through the
compression rollers to the bale. After the wrapping
process is complete the blade bar (1) is swung and
cuts the net.
