Basic Settings and Operation
5.8.5 Setting the Net Brake
In basic setting, when the brake disc is engaged and the
brake lever (2) is located on the plastic tube at the bottom,
the dimension (a) of the inside lug should amount to 210mm.
The spring (1) of the brake disc can be adjusted at the ring
bolt.
It may happen with some types of nets that the net is torn
while being drawn in as the diameter of the net roll is
reduced. If this happens, the pretensioning force must be
reduced.
To do this:
• Remove the ring bolt (3)
• Shift the ring bolt by one hole (to reduce brake force)
Pos. I = higher brake force (with small net roll)
Pos. II = lower brake force (with small net roll)
Pos. III = lowest braking force (with small net roll)
• Assemble the eye screw (3)
Check dimension (a) = 210mm and adjust if
necessary.

Setting „Release net brake“
When the brake moves down into the feed position, it
should be easy to release the brake to remove the net.
If the settings on the spring (1) are
changed, the springs (4) must be adjusted
accordingly.
To do this:
• Loosen the nut (5) and turn upward or downward on the
threaded rod (4).
