Basic Settings and Operation
5.9 Adjusting Belt Motion for the
Rear Floor Conveyor
(COMPRIMA V150 / V180)
If the rear Powerbelt runs too much to one
side on the axial buffer disc, belt motion
can be corrected in the area of the rear
double feeder rake with the offset axle (1).
To do this:
• Open the tailgate.
• Loosen the nut (4) and the threaded rod (5).
• Loosen the countersunk screw M16x30 (3) on one side.
• On the other side, replace the countersunk screw (3)
with a hexagonal head screw M16x50 and screw it in to
the base of the threading..
• Then turn the hexagonal head screw M16x50 (about 10
degrees) to adjust belt motion evenly.
• Start the machine. Visually inspect the belt motion to
make certain it runs evenly to the reversing wheels (2).
If this is not the case, bring the machine to a standstill
and tighten the M16 x 50 hexagonal head screw
approximately 10 degrees again.
• Start the machine. Visually inspect the belt motion to
make certain it now runs evenly to the reversing wheels
(2). If necessary, repeat the process until the belt
motion is adjusted evenly.
The M16 x 50 hexagonal head screw must
only be turned while the machine is at a
standstill.
Once the belt motion is evenly adjusted:
Risk of accidents!
Secure the open tailgate against
unintentional shutting.
• Rotate the shut-off valve (1) of the left
lifting cylinder from position (a) to
position (b).
• Securely tighten the countersunk screw M16x30 as
well as the threaded rods on one side of the machine.
• Then replace the hexagon head screw M16x50 with the
hexagonal head screw M16x30.
• Next securely tighten the threaded rod and nut.
