5.12 Adjusting soft core
Due to the various structure of the core, the baling floor
tensioning can be adjusted depending on the core, to
achieve a softer inner bale core.
To do this:
• Hang out the rope (1) at the pressure accumulator (2)
and put it down on the threaded rod (3).
Top Position of the Double Feeder Rake
Alternatively the baling-way of the front feeder rake (4) left
and right can be adjusted.
To do this:
• Open the bale chamber.
• Remove the screw (5)
• Move the stop (6) one borehole to the right or left (see
positions below).
• Install and tighten the screw (5)
• Close the bale chamber.
Make sure that the obstruction (6) is
adjusted equally at the right and left
machine side.

The inner bale core can be adjusted to the following
positions:
• Pos. I = firm inner bale core
Dimension X must be 30 mm after the setting is made.
• Pos. II = medium inner bale core
Dimension X must be 68 mm after the setting is made.
