Caution! - Make certain the front guard (5) is folded down.
Effect: Damage to the tractor or the machine
• To protect the intermediate PTO shaft from damage, the front guard (5) must be folded
down from working to transport position before the drawbar swivels.

The intermediate PTO shaft, together with the freewheeling (1), is mounted towards the
drawbar. The friction clutch (2) of the intermediate PTO shaft must be coupled to the input
gearbox (3). Secure the guard tube against turning with a chain (4).

Note - Friction Clutch
Effect: Conserve functionality and increased service life
• The friction clutch (2) must be vented prior to commissioning and once a year prior to
harvesting. (See section Before the Start of the New Season "Friction clutch")
