After the machine has been assembled, the cross conveyor belts right and left must be checked
for firm attachment in the transport position of the machine. The four lifting cylinders of the cross
conveyor belts must be vented if the cross conveyor belts can be moved manually in transport
position. If they are not vented, a collision may occur when the mowing units are folded up in
the transport position.
• Move the machine to working position.
• Screw a suitable connecting piece (1) on the measurepoint minimess connection (2).
Collect escaping hydraulic oil in a suitable container.
• Raise / lower the cross conveyor belt from a safe distance until the hydraulic oil runs out
bubble-free.
• Unscrew the connecting piece.
Repeat this process for all four measurepoint minimess connections.
