Handling the swather when in use
Before starting any transport journeys,
pressurize the deployment arm hydraulic
cylinders and then set the tractor hydrau-
lics to "neutral", so that the deployment
arm transport locks are not loaded.

4.5.6 Securing the tine tips (transport
position and parked swather)
Tines that are located below 2 m when the machine is in
transport position or parked, must be secured with a tine
guard. The tine guards are located on the rear chassis.
• Plug the tine guards (1) onto the tine and secure
them with the expander cable (2) at the brackets of
the tine arm.
