HOW TO USE THE WAFFLE BLADE
1. Insert drain basket into prep bowl.
1. Insert waffle blade in the cover and
snap into place
4. Affix the hand guard onto the item
to be grated or sliced.
4. Rotate the hand guard 90 degrees,
and pass over the blade.
2. Snap the cover into place.
2. Cut your potato in half and insert
into the hand guard.
5. Use a back and forth motion to
slice or grate your item.
3. Insert the blade of your choice onto
the cover and snap into place.
3. Make the first pass over the blade –
note the direction of the hand guard.
5. After each pass over the blade,
rotate the hand guard 90 degrees.
